Just installed on a Nexus 6, the camera itself works, but trying to go to settings makes it crash, and trying to take video makes it crash
Can I do that from the device without adb?
Just tried it, can get to the settings menu and get to the video pane, but trying to take a video crashes still.
I take that back. Video crashes with the default 4160x3120x30 @ 90mbps set, but it works when it's dropped down to 1280x720x60 @ 10mbps. Haven't tried any others yet. ISO...

3840x2160x30 video works. and 1280x720x60, with Auto Exposure on, is only recording at 30fps, according to media info.
