Nope this is not complete, though it does work-ish. I was attempting to rpc from node. I'll look at parinfer.js and see about porting that instead.

I thought about it but figured the differences in behavior -- for ex where it automatically activates the Library collection was worth making it a new form. Can definitely combine...
