Azure pipelines failing on PRs

Azure build pipeline fails so new releases never get published. The latest warning is "An image label with the label Ubuntu16 does not exist", probably related to this https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/issues/4302

In `AuthTlsConfigurator` class, code tries to access an instance of `IServiceProvidersFeature` but fails, since it is not registered in `FtpConnection.cs`.

-i|implicit parameter cannot be parsed in the sample application, instead, it tries to convert `i` or `implicit` to boolean.
