$_ is also broken in bash with chruby_auto. It always returns chruby_auto ~ $ echo $_ chruby_auto

I wonder if using the new synchronization in the new Money gem is easier. We could use it when we load from API or cache file.
We're working on updating this gem soon to the latest version of money.
