Some mods ( even Counter-Strike 1.6 which is made by Valve ) using VGUI2. Also, non-reverse engineered sources of the VGUI2 are published with Source 2013 so it's not impossible...

Can you send me a test map to fiddle around so I can reproduce and fix the issue?
I couldn't compile the maps so I couldn't reproduce the issue. Also, are you using the latest version? Did you build Sprinity from the source yourself?
