The plugin was not outputting sound in speakers on iOS devices we tested on. Then @takaoandrew proposed a fix in the issue #36. I added it and it's now working...

Support for remote audio controls like headphones clicks

Hi, I have just noticed the plugin does not support yet remote control clicks like when using headphones.

Update doc on registering keys

The `cycle_register` seems to have been replaced by register but the docs never got updated.
