If you join to an event with events that launches toasts it will show even you are in the prejoin phase. It shouldn't show before entereing the fishbowl itself.

Switch from yarn to npm, a lot more stable. I updated deprecated libraries like ts-lint. And updated everything I could. Added prettier for autoformatting.
