Right now d2d hard exits on an error with the file being dir2datted. Is it possible to capture that and make a prompt, so you can correct the error and...

Problems with conversions between .dat and xml file, containing & in the filename and/or description

Running a diffdat on .dat with and & in the filename (GOG.com Games, DLC & Extras) and output set to xml doesnt convert the & to `&` in the header...

Zip/7z takes ages and reads a lot more than is needed in d2d

a 200G set for d2d in zip takes abt 8TB read and 20 hours to complete.. lots of stream errors in the logfile, seek errors

creating superdat omits first character when using (back)slash in path

creating a superdat with sabretools ud --superdat "path" is ok sabretools ud --superdat "path\\" results in the first char of the dir omitted
