Market Buy using Total instead of Amount (or Quantity)

Hello, This is done by the parameter `quoteOrderQty` of the endpoint `POST /api/v3/order` (see documentation here : https://github.com/binance/binance-spot-api-docs/blob/master/rest-api.md#new-order--trade). But looks like this is not implemented yet (see `node-binance-api.js:366`).
