Allow adding coordinates for draggable and droppable

All events fired now use the coordinates passed by the lib user. Added one extra dragover event that is dispatched on the draggable for a more natural drag experience

Make shell.write create the path to write to, as well as the file to write to

Makes sure you can more easily write to files.
