PHP 8.1.0 is an early test version, not stable (beta 3). See : https://www.php.net/archive/2021.php#2021-08-19-1 Do you have the same problem with PHP 8.0.9 ?

Do you use Virtual Hosts ? Is the file `apache-vhosts.conf` present in the folder `eds-dashboard` ? What's the content ?
