Allow DirectX hooking using existing device pointer

Hi, Thanks for the quick response! the error code appears to be `D3DERR_INVALIDCALL` although i'm not sure why `CreateDevice()` would return that error as the CreateDevice call [here](https://github.com/veeenu/hudhook/blob/main/src/hooks/dx9.rs#L324) looks sensible...
