Hi @uncle-link, I have confirmed that this behavior usually happens when some application is using the GPU or SDD.
Hi @murphy-li, the problem still persists. I think it may be related to the Samsung EVO 970 firmware or some intermediate step that I forgot during installation. I'm not sure....
