Okay, I see now, yes it make sense to have `[itemIsDisabledField]` property in case the input collection of items has it. I don't have time to work on it myself...

Port as Observable

Hey @gtcdevop, there's currently no support for `items` as `Observable`. I might implement it later, but no ETA.
