motifmatchR considering reverse compliment

I would say yes because `motifmatchR` uses `MOODS` tool and based on [these lines of code from `MOODS`](https://github.com/jhkorhonen/MOODS/blob/568b8fcfd781af14a505743206dd05923e6cc954/core/moods_tools.cpp#L360-L375), it seems that `MOODS` considers reverse compliment.
