Thank you for your comment @scchueler ! do you mean that you preprocess T1w separately (perhaps using infant recon all), then provide them as inputs to QSIPREP for dwi preprocessing...

update : DDP works when using MONAI 0.9.1. Therefore, I think it's the same issue as this the OP
