Streak code seems to be broken

This announcement should display a streak:

Better diff display at nodes

Decorate most recently changed node with a green "+" and red "-"

Display debug information about last event somewhere

Messages/timeout random actions get cleared too aggressively

"Random next action" will sometimes fail to find a possible message/timeout because we delivered an identical one already.
