I am experiencing the same when attempting to build maturin (as a package) on Arch Linux (it uses ring).
Ah, seems gcc 9.1.0 is the problem for adlplug here! We have 8.3.0 still in the repositories and using it, adplug builds successfully! I'm changing the name of this issue...
The patch seems to work for 1.0.1 so far. Thanks for the hint!
The patch is still required for 1.0.2 btw. It would be great if it could be included! :)
