[BUG] Unable to pip install crewai due to ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (tiktoken)

Still error in 3.13. Cannot install crewai using pip. Does not make sense why this issue is marked as not planned. I guess need to switch to langchain or agno.
