steamvr critical error

i recently installed alvr to play steamvr games because quest link and steam link give me 0.5 fps whenever i connect the client [quest 3] to alvr on my pc...

computer screen is broken, but usable when i try to join a private room, it doesnt work i enter room code, press enter, and it doesnt join the room

OS Error 11, have to restart alot of times to connect properly
