The Gitlab integration is broken, probably after switch gitlab to version 15

Gitlab is one of the most used git storage. Gitlab interaction stopped working on both app and app2 servers. Assuming the open source version is not working either.

Not working on Almalinux 9, without GUI.

Missing IP address in email in Digest emails

After updading to lates master (for me it is [d8b00f4](https://github.com/liuch/dmarc-srg/commit/d8b00f48f5123d7a15ac24aa7fd8721a142a64d2), v2.3) (before I was on [v1.8](https://github.com/liuch/dmarc-srg/releases/tag/v1.8)).
