This is not normal. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and my (total) CPU usage tends to be ~1% with relatively complicated widgets such as the ones in https://github.com/druskus20/eugh.

Eww is not recognizing the keyword `children`. Make sure that you're using the latest eww version, as far as I know, children widgets were merged into master a while ago.
