Finder show hidden files shortcut doesn't work

In 3.19.2.osx6, the Finder shortcut to show hidden files (shift+cmd+.) doesn't work. It works in 3.19.0.

with `[email protected]`, `package-lock.json` is created at the same level as the folder created by the generator, instead of inside it. node 10.11.0, npm 6.4.1.
