check the readme.md, it tells you which versions of ldn_mitm are compatible with which versions of atmosphere. IE; you cannot use the "newest" with atmos13.
I didn't read all this, but our official (and the only supported guide) is at http://www.lan-play.com. Click switch install or ps4 install depending on what platform you plan to use
you need to also ensure you've rebooted your switch after installing ldn_mitm
