Fully replicated isn't sending all reads to slave

I have octopus setup for full replication. I can see that some read requests are going to the slave but not others. I know this by looking at the logs...

There are some additional things needed to get Agenda working on CosmosDB beyond what is currently in the README. This adds the extra things.

When I try to use caching I always see this error: ```ActionView::Template::Error (can't dump anonymous class #)``` This happens if I declare ```cache @object_name``` or if I turn on cache_all_output.

Appears to have undocumented external dependency. (require)

When I add the file to my test helpers I get 'Can't find variable: require'. Is there an external library you are using that provides the 'require' function?

Can we remove the console.log "Heya! This page is using wysihtml5 for rich text editing?" Console logs are used for debugging and having that message in there makes things messier....
