I still can reproduce this issue on `master` (so here is also a question about the testing environment). I think this is really critical issue, because it is breaking code...

Initially, these tests failed on iOS. I don't see testing in the github actions now, but the previous build (`d492cac` commit) was done with jenkins and should have been tested....

BTW, React Native has promises in iOS for a very long time. It's not hard to find their implementation on github. Why nobody ever talks about RN here?

`h264parse` is in the `gst-plugins-bad` package (don't know why but I had to reinstall it, to get `h264parse`) `avenc_aac` and `avdec_h264` are in `gst-libav`
