Caching is really tricky to get right with Elixir + GitHub actions, that's why it hasn't been added yet. But at some point it should be added...
Allow for tagging of books so we can do rough categorization with things like genres.

I made some additions to the windows customer model and built out item fetch, create and update support.
Additionally, clicking the "install" button from inside GoG Galaxy just launches the game. So, it does "work", it just doesn't mark the game as installed.
