I had some strange issues when I installed Yo because I didn't install with sudo. Any chance thats the issue?
What version of npm do you have? Not NodeJS.. Npm.
If you go into /Users/me/.nvm/versions/node/v7.7.2/lib/node_modules/ do you see generator-angular2-library?
