`convox start` cannot push to registry on macos 14

This bit me today, too. I wondered why my tasks weren't launching and I'm pretty sure this is the reason. EDIT: Yep, confirmed that the provider created an x86 task...

Provider produced inconsistent result after apply

This error appeared for us also when upgrading to `0.14.7` from `0.13.x`. EDIT: Following the advice of #690 and setting a `platform` was the solution.
