I forgot to add on the initial bug report that my graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
Just checked this issue again and I was unable to notice the problem on my pc with Windows 11 Pro.
The bug still happens infrequently on my computer.
The normal build on Steam 
Hate to give misinformation on Github issues, but you might need to install Portal 1 from Steam to use the music in Beemod?
