Uninstall pyRevit (PATH is not updated)

After uninstalling pyRevit env variable `PATH` is not updated. Not deleted: _`"C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\pyRevit-Master\bin"`_ If you reinstall pyRevit many times, the environment variable gets littered with the same values and stops working.
