Often reboot of controller when trying to access the web interface

I have seen this 5-6 times that the controller restarts when user want to access the web interface. I don't know what causes this.

I have seen this issue few times.  If complete refresh of the page is made then it can save.

The JIRA implementation is probably based on SOAP which is not supported anymore so this needs to be migrated to REST.
