第一种办法（用于vnote）： used `☐` (☐) for [ ] and `☑` (☑) for [x] 第二种办法： 用ul或li的办法，适用于Joplin。 如图。不能不说Joplin的checkbox好用多了，在阅读模式都可以”选择“或”不选“。

另外建议参考一下Joplin的web clipper插件，类似的界面和功能。 不过Joplin的插件就可以截取网页内容。
