ここに書いてよいものかどうかわからないのですが、kindle版についての提案です。 アスキードワンゴのkindle版電子書籍全般に当てはまるのですが、書籍に等幅フォントが埋め込まれていません。kindle デバイス（少なくとも私の所有している3台）は等幅フォントが内蔵されておらず、結果ソースコードがプロポーショナルフォントで表示されるため、非常に読みづらくなります。 本書の場合は達人出版会でも販売されているため、そちらのEPUB版に手を加える手はあると思いますが、可能であれば等幅フォント埋め込みの電子書籍にしておいていただけると有難いです。
