Opening doesn't work for me as well. Firefox 131.0, Windows 10 x64 Enterprise, AMD AM4 platform.

I'm afraid the author may be MIA ... hopefully this isn't abandonware but there's haven't been any updates for quite awhile, someone might have to step with with a continuation...
