Hi, sorry. This appears in the version [enhanced-table-1.14.0_8.16.1.zip](https://github.com/fbaligand/kibana-enhanced-table/releases/download/v1.14.0/enhanced-table-1.14.0_8.16.1.zip). As you mentioned, in 7.17.0 it appears only to the left of the "Count" column, for "Country".
Yes, that is where the other filter options appear.
It seems that it wasn't noticeable, as most users clicked the filters on the leftmost column.
