[Helm](https://helm.sh) is a way to package an app for deploying it on [Kubernetes](https://kubernetes.io), you'd use a helm chart in order to benefit from the templating language and keeping all manifests...
Now that I think about it you're actually right, the structure of the repo's not going to contain only the app code but also other tooling for deploying it on...
