Because of this one has to add `imagePullSecrets` in both `default` and `quay-app` `ServiceAccount`s when using local registry which requires authentication. It'd be nice to have to patch only one...

Missing Service for operator

Service resource for operator isn't created along with operator. Because of this reconfiguration using Setup doesn't work. I use QUAY 3.7.10.

Related image environment variable for operator

Operator allows to override operand images with `RELATED_IMAGE_COMPONENT` environment variables. For disconnected clusters, it'd be great to have ability to override image of the operator itself.

It doesn't get copied from override in `quay` component of `QuayRegistry` resource.
