Agreed. If the component class has a constructor, all necessary element setup should be available in that constructor. If that's not the intention, then the UA should hold off calling...
Note: if I rewrite `using (streetaddress)` as `on P.streetaddress = B.streetaddress` then there is no error and the query completes.
