Hi @cristipufu I've addressed your suggestions for `RedisTokenBucketRateLimiter` (will do remaining later today/tomorrow), then rebased, but there were multiple conflicts, so final history doesn't look really clean.

@martincostello I'm curious is there any place where information about next planning servicing release date and fixes is published? So far I only found this page referring to "Patch Tuesday"...

We have 50+ different small microservices running .Net6/7/8 in Kubernetes. Infrequently used services have 200-300Mb memory limit. Pods that were working fine on .Net6 with such limits started to fail...

@rzikm Thank you for solution. That looks like root cause for one of our services. I took a dump of "Service 2" which now leaked about 1Gb and found 50000+...

@rzikm I think root cause of our issue is not OCSP bug. I used your fixed version and got same results. Then after careful code review I found unexpected problem...
