Having the same issue. Looks like v2 is buggy.
@agrigory1982 where exactly did you set "watch-content='true'" i put it on the div with a height of 100% which has an ng-repeat but it did not work.
Auto resize not working for me with ng-repeat even witht hat solution, container has a height of 100% of parent.
