We're going to merge the fix in #224, but it needs to be reviewed and tested. This will be fixed by version 2.0.0.
We could even load [Normalize](https://www.npmjs.com/package/normalize.css) from npm.
And [font awesome](https://www.npmjs.com/package/font-awesome) is also on npm, would be great to decouple those deps out of this repo.
