I see a comment on many themes "generated by vim2theme" Where can I find such a tool in order to generate my own themes?

I understand that this tool has a focus on Go applications but in general, a GRPC or protobuf definition is shared by other languages in order to generate the client...

This is not technically an issue, just a question. The README says the API is not stable, but I see a tagged 1.0.0. Is the API still undergoing changes? Thanks
