I can confirm same -> attachements over 5MB generate a `Cannot HEAD /nc/uploads/noco/xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxx.mp4` error quite critical for proper functionality
happens only of the files is larger the 5MB. Larger than that the file uploads but cannot be retrieved `Cannot HEAD /nc/uploads/noco/xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxx.mp4` error
I can second that. Storage is getting bloated with obsolete/deleted records. It's time consuming to manually check and delete from S3
