Unable to modulate textures with shader applied

I am trying to make a `TextureRect` modulate opacity in an animation but it only works without the shader applied. Any way to fix this?

Desktop app doesn't use system keyboard layout in Linux

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm using a UK keyboard and it's hard to type when " and @ are swapped. I'm not sure...
