I've experienced same issue with qwen2.5:72b-instruct-q8_0 Adding `PARAMETER stop ` and `PARAMETER num_ctx 8192`(as suggested by this issue https://github.com/ollama/ollama/issues/6915#issuecomment-2378325223) to the Modelfile seems to have solved it for me.
