Como poderia ajudar a inserir os dados disponíveis em [Sudene/Sigmapas](https://www.gov.br/sudene/pt-br/assuntos/sigmapas) no pacote? Não tenho muita experiência com geoprocessamento em R, muito menos em Python, mas alguma experiência em ferramentas SIG.
