[Accessibility] Feed elements in navigation drawer have insufficient height

The same goes for the feed items in the "Reorder feeds" screen.

[Accessibility] Three-dot menu icon has insufficient contrast

The same goes for the three-dot icon in articles (`EntryDetailsView`).

No link to this GitHub from inside the app

I actually fixed this in PR #7 , but so far no word from the maintainer on whether this will be merged.

Update Info menu with GitHub Link, make it directly accessible

The file deletion and creation of a new file were not intended, sorry for doing that. The changes in this PR happen in MainActivity and menu.xml
