update to webpack 5

I've been using wp-webpack-script for the last 6 months and loving it. I'm curious if there are plans to update it to use WP 5.

IE 10 with no Flash was crashing. Updated detection per Microsoft bulletin regarding ActiveXObject detection. Also tweaking isIE to be more compressible. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn423948%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

official 3.2.8 tagged release

Can you guys update the official release and tag to 3.2.8. It looks like the 3.2.8 & 3.2.7 code are in 3.2.6, but this is confusing. Thanks
