We could fix it by changing the version in the [install.yaml](https://github.com/argoproj-labs/rollout-extension/blob/master/manifests/install.yaml#L10) file to the new release url: `https://github.com/argoproj-labs/rollout-extension/releases/download/v0.3.0/extension.tar`
